Jett Lucas is a son of George Lucas who was adopted by the Hollywood legend in 1993. He spent his childhood on the movie sets and that pushed him forward to build a career in the entertainment industry.
Being a child, Lucas appeared in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones and Episode III – Revenge of the Sith. He portrayed a Jedi Padawan named Zett Jukassa who was named after him. Moreover, the boy served as an inspiration for another character, Obi-Wan’s old friend Dexter Jettster.
However, like his father, Jett Lucas loves working behind the camera more. Thus, he served as a visual effects production assistant for The Mandalorian and was a sound intern on the set of Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series. To the point, in the latter, trooper Jet has number CC-1993 and that is the year of Jett’s birth.
In 2017, Jett announced that he was collaborating with Heavy Metal Magazine to launch a weed magazine. However, neither the magazine title nor its launch date was revealed.
By the way, Jett won’t inherit his dad’s money. The thing is that George is all about philanthropy and spends millions on various campaigns. He wants to fund education for other people’s children instead of passing his wealth to his own kids.
As to his personal life, Jett is romantically linked to Mary Carr, a model and stuntwoman. They started dating in 2017.
A curious fact: Jett was George’s best man at his wedding with Mellody Hobson.
