Julius Tennon

Julius Tennon deals with acting and producing. He is also famed for being a spouse of Viola Davis.

Julius is noted for playing in Dazed and Confused, Faster plus Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. He also had parts in Lila & Eve, Custody plus How to Get Away with Murder alongside his spouse. Moreover, together with Viola, he established JuVee productions.

Tennon’s first wife was Sheryl Lynn Arnold, a school bus driver. They tied knots on August 17, 1974, but got divorced in 1980. However, the couple gave birth to two kids, Sheavonda Diana and Duriel Dwight. Unfortunately, Sheryl passed away in 2006. By the way, Julius is now a grandfather of 7 grandchildren. In 1992, the man espoused Christine Dejohnna White, but their marriage was dissolved in 1998.

Tennon and Davis met under very mysterious circumstances. Viola felt very lonely and prayed for a husband. Moreover, she wanted her future spouse to be a dark-skinned man from the South with the appearance of a football player, who already was a father and had marriage experience. In less than a month, Davis got acquainted with Julius while filming an episode of City of Angels. Their romantic relationship started in 1999 and on June 23, 2003, they got hitched in the presence of 50 people. In February 2013, the spouses renewed their wedding vows at a lavish ceremony.

A curious fact: in youth, Julius Tennon played football and that helped him to gain a scholarship at The University of Tulsa, where he became the first African-American to obtain a degree in theater.
