Kennya Deodato got into the spotlight thanks to being a spouse of movie star Stephen Baldwin. Hailing from Brazil, she was raised by father Eumir, a famed musician, composer and arranger who released several albums and won a Grammy, and mother Mary alongside brother Cassius.
Having moved to the United States, Kennya got her education at York Preparatory School and Parsons School of Design. She worked as a graphic designer. In 2005, the woman made an appearance in the Livin It: Unusual Suspects documentary. Actually, she prefers to stay away from the limelight though her daughters and husband sometimes post Kennya’s photos on social media.
Deodato and Baldwin got acquainted on a New York subway in 1987 and got hitched on June 10, 1990. In 1993, they welcomed their firstborn daughter Alaia. And in 1996, their younger daughter Hailey joined the family. Kennya dealt with homeschooling of both her children.
A curious fact: once, Leonardo DiCaprio saw her at a London bar and asked her out. Kennya declined the offer saying that he needed to get permission from her husband.
