Lily Collins is a movie and television star. Hailing from England, she drew her first breath in the family of rock star Phil Collins and antiques shop owner Jill Tavelman. She has 4 paternal half-siblings named Joely, Simon, Nicholas and Matthew.
Collins tried her hand at journalism and contributed to such magazines as Elle Girl, Teen Vogue and Seventeen. In 2008, she talked about the presidential election for Nickelodeon’s series Kids Pick the President. Moreover, Lily worked as a model before her breakthrough in the movie industry.
Being only two years old, Lily got her first part in Growing Pains TV show. But she began to deal with acting full-time in 2009 after making a big screen debut in The Blind Side.
