Luca Cruz Comrie is a son of Hilary Duff and her former spouse Mike Comrie. After quite an easy pregnancy, the news about the boy’s birth was shared by the happy mom on Twitter. By the way, Hilary told that her song Shine helped Luca to get asleep in infancy.
Luca is a very protecting older brother to his sister Banks. He brainstormed some names for the girl when Duff was pregnant. However, he considered Cofant Croissant to be the best option. The boy was also present throughout his mother’s labor and remained totally calm. Now, he adores taking care of Banks and even gives some parenting recommendations to Duff.
Though his parents are divorced now, Luca spends time with both of them. Moreover, he is in good relations with his stepfather Matthew Koma.
A curious fact: his mom returned to work 10 months after Luca drew his first breath to appear in Raising Hope television series.
