Being born into a creative family of actor Klaus Kinski and poet Ruth Brigitte Tocki, Nastassja Kinski got engaged into modeling at teenage years and got her first acting job in 1975 film The Wrong Move. She made a breakthrough in 1979 after playing in Tess movie, which brought her a Golden Globe.
Kinski is also noted for her parts in Stay as You Are, Cat People, One from the Heart, Unfaithfully Yours, Maria’s Lovers, Revolution, Terminal Velocity, Susan’s Plan, One Night Stand plus Paris, Texas. Moreover, in 2016, she took part in the German version of Strictly Come Dancing.
Nastassja Kinski is also famed for her 1981 photo shoot for US Vogue, where she posed nude with a python. That image became a best-seller and cemented the actress’s status of a sex symbol.
In 1984, Nastassja tied knots with producer Ibrahim Moussa, a father of her son Aljosha and daughter Sonja. In 1992, their marriage was dissolved. From 1992 to 1995, she was romantically linked to Quincy Jones. Their daughter Kenya drew her first breath in 1993. The woman has tense relationships with Moussa while she is on good terms with Jones.
Moreover, Kinski reportedly dated many other famous men, including Paul Schrader, Rob Lowe, Jon Voight, Gérard Depardieu and Roman Polanski.
A curious fact: in 1978, Kinski had to spend five days in a German jail for using public transportation without paying in youth. That happened because she refused to pay a fine and do community service.
