Ryan Adams rose to fame thanks to his music. In 1994, he formed the Whiskeytown band that released 3 albums: Faithless Street, Strangers Almanac and Pneumonia.
In 2000, Adams began his solo path and presented debut album Heartbreaker. It was followed by 16 more records, including Gold and 29 plus 4 albums with the Cardinals, the band he performed with between 2004 and 2009. In 2013-2014, the artist performed with Pornography band.
Additionally, Ryan is a poet who published two books of poems titled Infinity Blues and Hello Sunshine.
In 2008, Adams got romantically involved with Mandy Moore. They tied knots on March 10, 2009, in Savannah, Georgia. However, the spouses called it quits in 2014 while their marriage was dissolved in 2016. In her 2019 interview, Moore stated that Ryan was psychologically abusive.
A curious fact: in 2019, 7 women accused the celebrity of sexual misconduct. He reportedly promised to help them to build a career in show business and began harassing them afterwards. Ryan had to issue a public apology.
