Sophia Strahan is one of twin daughters of football/television star Michael Strahan and Jean Muggli Strahan. Her twin’s name is Isabella.
Sophia is good at horse riding and even takes part in various competitions. Moreover, she seems to love dancing as her dad frequently posts videos of the girl dancing. Sophia and her twin took part in Strahan and Sara show along with appearing on the orange carpet of 2018 and 2019 Kids Choice Sports alongside Michael. They also posed for Parade magazine with their father and elder half-brother in 2014.
A curious fact: Michael adores his daughters and tells that when they’re both in his arms relaxing, this is the perfect moment at which he doesn’t want them to change and grow up.
