Vanessa Paradis gained fame thanks to her acting and singing skills. She became an international star at only 14 years old after releasing the song Joe le taxi. In 1988, she presented a debut album titled M&J that was followed by 6 more records, including Vanessa Paradis and Bliss.
Paradis made an acting debut in 1989 in Noce Blanche film. Afterwards, she embarked on roles in Elisa, Girl on the Bridge, Heartbreaker, Café de Flore, Yoga Hosers, Frost and Knife + Heart movies. She also deals with modeling and has been a spokesmodel for Chanel since 1991.
Vanessa was romantically linked to musicians Florent Pagny in 1987-1991 and Lenny Kravitz in 1992-1997. In 1998, she fell in love with Johnny Depp at a dinner party in France, where Depp was filming The Ninth Gate. In a year, they welcomed daughter Lily-Rose and in 2002, their son Jack became the newest addition to the family. However, they broke up in 2012. On June 30, 2018, Paradis tied knots with Samuel Benchetrit.
