Zayn Malik earned worldwide fame thanks to his music talents. Hailing from Bradford, England, he was raised by Pakistani dad Yaser and British mom Tricia alongside three sisters, Doniya, Waliyha and Safaa.

Additionally, Malik is interested in fashion design. He created a shoe collection with Giuseppe Zanotti, clothesline Zayn x Versus with Versace along with designing a backpack for Kooples.
In 2012-2015, Malik was romantically linked to Little Mix vocalist Perrie Edwards and even planned to marry her before calling it quits. In November 2015, he started dating Gigi Hadid but confirmed that only in February 2016. She appeared in his music clip Pillowtalk and posed alongside him for Vogue cover in 2017. Though they seemed to be a perfect couple, the lovebirds broke up and reconciled several times. In April 2020, the couple shared the happy news that they were expecting a baby.
A curious fact: Zayn initially planned to be an English teacher but opted for show business instead.
